评价超声引导下动脉穿刺置管在麻醉中的作用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨超声引导下动脉穿刺置管在临床麻醉中的应用效果。方法将本院手术室于2017年1月—2019年2月进行手术治疗的120例患者为研究对象,在麻醉前均需进行动脉置管,以计算机随机化原则将其分为两组,试验组(超声引导下动脉穿刺置管组)和参照组(触摸法置管组)。观察、比较两组患者穿刺效果(包括一次穿刺成功率、穿透法置管率、穿刺失败率、血肿发生率)。结果相比参照组,试验组一次穿刺成功率更高,穿刺失败率、穿透法置管率及血肿发生率均更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论予以手术患者临床麻醉时超声引导下动脉穿刺置管能提高置管成功率。 Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided arterial catheterization in clinical anesthesia.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent surgical treatment in our operating room from January 2017 to February 2019 were taken as the research objects.Before the anesthesia,arterial catheters were required,and they were divided into 2 groups based on the principle of computer randomization-experiments.Group(ultrasound-guided arterial puncture catheterization group)and reference group(touch catheterization group)to observe and compare the puncture effect(including the success rate of one puncture,the penetration rate of puncture method,the failure rate of puncture,and the occurrence of hematoma rate).Results Compared with the reference group,the puncture success rate was higher in the experimental group,the puncture failure rate,penetrating catheter placement rate,and hematoma incidence were lower,P<0.05,the comparison was statistically significant.Conclusion Ultrasoundguided arterial puncture and catheter placement during surgical anesthesia in surgical patients can improve the success rate of catheter placement.
