12导联动态心电图在冠心病心肌缺血中的应用

Application of 12-Lead Dynamic Electrocardiogram in Myocardial Ischemia of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探究12导联动态心电图运用于诊断冠心病心肌缺血、心律失常的诊断价值。方法2017年3月—2019年3月期间经过冠状动脉造影结果确诊的冠心病患者100例,均接受12导联动态心电图检查,分析该检查方法对心肌缺血与心律失常的诊断准确性。结果12导联动态心电图检查冠心病心肌缺血的诊断准确性为94.23%(49/52)、检查冠心病心律失常的诊断准确性为93.75%(45/18)。结论12导联动态心电图可记录患者日常生活中的长时间心电活动,经计算机分析处理后能提供大量真实可靠的数据,有助于发现常规体表心电图检查过程中无法发现的心肌缺血与心律失常等,能为临床诊断与治疗提供客观依据,运用于诊断冠心病心肌缺血、心律失常具有良好的准确性。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of 12-lead dynamic electrocardiogram for the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia in coronary heart disease.Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed by coronary angiography between March 2017 and March 2019 received a 12-lead dynamic electrocardiogram to analyze the diagnostic accuracy of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia.Results The diagnostic accuracy of 12-lead dynamic electrocardiogram for myocardial ischemia in coronary heart disease was 94.23%(49/52),and the diagnostic accuracy of coronary heart disease arrhythmia was 93.75%(45/18).Conclusion Patients with dynamic electrocardiogram can record of 12-lead ecg for a long time in everyday life,after computer analysis can provide a large number of real real reliable data,help to find regular body surface electrocardiogram inspection cannot be found in the process of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia,etc.,to provide theoretical evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment,applied to the diagnosis of coronary heart disease,myocardial ischemia,arrhythmia has good accuracy.
