摘要
针对顶板单轨吊及设备列车的移动采用传统的绞车牵引方式存在效率低、安全性差的不足,研制了新型长距离自动化自移设备组,通过引入电液控制技术及协调控制系统,可有效地提升设备列车自动化控制水平,实现锚固牵引装置带动整个设备列车的交替前移。
Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional winch traction mode in moving roof monorail cranes and equipment trains,such as low efficiency and poor safety,a new type of long-distance automatic self-moving equipment set has been developed,which adopted electro-hydraulic control technology and coordinated control system,the automatic control level of equipment train can be effectively improved,and the anchorage traction device can drive the whole equipment train forward alternately.
