微创下经皮伤椎植骨联合脊柱外固定治疗青壮年胸腰椎骨折

Treatment of Thoracolumbar Fractures in Young Adults with Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Trauma and Bone Graft Combined with External Fixation

目的探究青壮年胸腰椎骨折患者运用微创下经皮伤椎植骨与脊柱外固定联合治疗的临床体会。方法方便选取在2016年3月—2018年3月该院收治的青壮年胸腰椎骨折患者88例,根据随机分组原则分为观察组(微创下经皮伤椎植骨与脊柱外固定联合治疗)和对照组(传统手术治疗),各44例。比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、疼痛评分和并发症发生率情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组手术时间(71.6±8.5)min、术中出血量(51.3±11.6)mL均较低,差异有统计学意义(t=11.621、13.152,P<0.05);治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组疼痛评分(3.19±0.06)分较低,差异有统计学意义(t=12.143,P<0.05);同时,与对照组患者(31.82%)相比,观察组患者并发症发生率(11.36%)较低,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=18.174,P<0.05)。结论青壮年胸腰椎骨折患者运用微创下经皮伤椎植骨与脊柱外固定联合治疗,在有效缓解患者疼痛症状的同时,还能够有效缩短手术时间、降低术中出血量,使患者并发症发生率显著降低。

Objective To investigate the clinical experience of the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures in young adults with minimally invasive percutaneous trauma and bone graft combined with external fixation.Methods 88 patients with thoracolumbar fractures of the young and middle-aged patients who were admitted to the hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were conveniently selection according to the principle of randomization.The treatment group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous trauma and external fixation.And the control group(traditional surgery)each 44 people.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,pain score and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the operation time of the observation group(71.6±8.5)min and the intraoperative blood loss(51.3±11.6)mL were lower,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.621,13.152,P<0.05).After treatment,it was compared with the control group.Compared with the observation group,the pain score(3.19±0.06)points was lower,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.143,P<0.05).Meanwhile,compared with the control group(31.82%),the complication rate(11.36%)was lower in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=18.174,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of thoracolumbar fractures in young and middle-aged patients with minimally invasive percutaneous trauma and bone fixation combined with external fixation can effectively reduce the pain of patients,reduce the operation time,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,and make patients with complications.The incidence is significantly reduced.
