快速康复外科理念在胃肠外科手术患者术中压力性损伤预防中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨基于快速康复外科(ERAS)理念的护理干预在胃肠外科患者围手术期压力性损伤预防中的应用效果。方法胃肠外科手术患者658例按照入院时间分为对照组(n=316)和研究组(n=346)。对照组患者接受压力性损伤风险评估和常规防护措施,研究组在对照组基础上实施基于ERAS理念的个体化干预措施。比较2组患者术前、术后的核心体温和受压部位皮肤温度的差异,评估受压部位皮肤形态。结果2组患者皮肤持续受压时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组低体温发生率和术后皮肤压红患者比例低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于ERAS理念的干预措施对降低胃肠外科患术后皮肤压红、压力性损伤发生风险具有积极意义。 Objective To investigate the effect of interventions based on enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in prevention of pressure injuries among patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery.Methods Totally 658 patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery were assigned to the control group(n=316)and the study group group(n=316)according to the sequence of admission.The routine risk assessment and preventive measures were performed in two groups,and ERAS-based individualized interventions were carried out in the study group.The changes in core body temperature and skin temperature at the pressed site were recorded,and the skin condition at the pressed?site was evaluated.Results There was no significant difference in duration of compression between two groups(P>0.05).The incidence rates of hypothermia during operation and localized skin flushing after operation in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The ERAS-based interventions are effective to reduce the incidence of localized skin flushing and risk of pressure injuries after gastrointestinal surgery.
