摘要
目的:探讨纯钛种植体表面两种不同抗菌处理方式对细菌粘附能力的影响,通过细菌粘附实验获取粘附效果较好的纳米管材料。方法:选择TA2纯钛片进行阳极氧化获得的36件TiO2纳米管,按照不同抗菌处理方法将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组18件。对照组采用载入盐酸米诺环素药物对TiO2纳米管进行抗菌处理,观察组采用激光照射进行抗菌处理,测量不同时间节点细菌粘附数量,并测试其钛表面性能,对比两种处理方法对TiO2纳米管材料抗中间普氏菌的作用。结果:对照组阳极氧化钛表面粗糙度略微增加,扫描电镜显示钛表面原始划痕消失;观察组钛表面为一层均匀、致密层且多孔隙结构。两种不同抗菌处理方式在不同时间点细菌集落均随着时间延长细菌粘附数量降低,抗细菌粘附性能提高;24 h、72 h细菌数两组比较无统计学差异;观察组钛表面120 h细菌平均数少于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(t=9.683,P<0.05)。观察组细菌荧光染色钛表面粘附数量较少,而对照组钛表面粘附细菌荧光染色数量相对较多。结论:TiO2纳米管经过两种不同表面处理后均能改变表面性能,且激光照射处理效果更佳,能减少细菌的粘附效果。
Objective:To investigate the effect of two kinds of different antibacterial treatment methods of the surface of pure titanium implant on bacterially adhesive capacity,and to obtain nanotube materials with better adhesive effect by bacteria adhesive experiment.Methods:Pure titanium plate which specification was TA2 was selected for anodization to obtain TiO2 nanotube.And the selected TiO2 nanotubes were divided into control group and observation group according to different antibacterial treatment methods.The control group adopted the drug that contained minocycline hydrochloride to implement antibacterial treatment for TiO2 nanotubes,and observation group adopted laser radiation to implement that.The adhesive amounts of bacteria were measured at different time nodes,and the surface properties of the titanium of two groups which adopted different treatments were tested.The effects of two methods on anti-Prevotella Intermedia of TiO2 nanotube materials were compared.Results:In control group,the original surface roughness values of titanium plate with anodization slightly increased after treatment,and the results of scanning electron microscope showed that the original scratches on the surface of the titanium plate disappeared.In observation group,there was a uniform,dense layer and porous structure on the surface of titanium implant.In the two different anti-bacterial treatments,the number of bacterial adhesion of bacterial colonies decreased with the prolonging of time at different time nodes,and the properties of anti-bacterial adhesion of them were enhanced.The number of bacteria at 24h and 72h after surface treatment between observation group and control group were not statistically significant.And the average number of bacteria at 120h after surface treatment of observation group was significantly less than that of control group(t=9.683,P<0.05).The number of bacteria adhesion with fluorescence staining on the titanium surface of observation group was less,while that of control group was relatively more.Conclusion:The surface properties of TiO2 nanotubes can be changed after they were treated by any treatment methods for surface.And the laser radiation has better treatment effects,and it can also reduce the adhesion effect of bacteria.
