摘要
目的调查全面二孩政策下护士组织支持与工作倦怠状况及其相关性,并探讨两者之间的相关性。方法采用职业倦怠量表及护理组织支持量表对445名护士的组织支持感和、职业倦怠进行调查。结果护士工作倦怠总分(36.65±19.79)分,护士组织支持感总分(53.53±10.70)分,护士组织支持感与工作倦怠感呈负相关(r=-0.500,P<0.01)。结论全面二孩政策下护士组织支持处于中等偏上水平、工作倦怠处于中等水平;二孩政策下提高护士组织支持感可降低其工作倦怠水平。护理管理者可以通过提高护士组织支持水平降低护士职业疲溃感,以便更好地适应全面二孩政策下护理的高负荷工作量,从而提高护士质量。
Objective To investigate the status of job burnout and perceived organizational support of nurses under the two-child policy,and to explore their correlations.Method A total number of 445 nurses were engaged in the investigation with the job burnout scale and nursing organization support scale.Results The total scores of job burnout and organizational support were(36.65±19.79)and(53.53±10.70),respectively.Job burnout was positively correlated with perceived organizational support(r=-0.500,P<0.01).Conclusions Job burnout and perceived organizational support of nurses are moderate under the two-child policy.Nursing administrations should provide and implement targeted organizational support to promote nurses'physical and mental needs and improve nursing quality.
