摘要
本文总结比较了国内外食品过敏原的管控情况,对其管控措施进行了优劣对比,并对我国食品过敏原发展现状进行了梳理,根据过敏原现存问题,参考国外过敏原管控先进做法,遵循标准体系搭建原则,构建起我国食品过敏原标准体系,并针对过敏原发展现状提出对策建议.
This paper summarizes and compares the situation of food allergen control at home and abroad,compares the advantages and disadvantages of its control measures,and analyzes the current situation of food allergens in China.According to the existing problems of allergens,the food allergen standards system is established by referring to the advanced practices of foreign allergen control,and following the principles of establishing a standards system.It also put forward suggestions for the development of allergens.
