高度近视并发性白内障相关机制研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 高度近视是我国主要的致盲疾病之一,高度近视并发性白内障具有早发、进展迅速、多为核性白内障和术后并发症发病率高等特点,其发病机制逐渐引起重视。本文主要从蛋白组学、氧化应激损伤、表观遗传学、遗传学和眼内炎症微环境5个部分对现有针对高度近视并发性白内障发病机制的研究做一综述。 High myopia is one of the major blinding diseases in China.Highly myopic cataract(HMC)has the characteristics of early onset,rapid progress,mostly nuclear cataract and high incidence of postoperative complications.Its pathogenesis has attracted more and more attention.In this paper,latest progresses about the pathogenesis of HMC are reviewed in aspects of proteomics,oxidative stress,epigenetics,genetics,and intraocular inflammatory microenvironments.
