摘要
针对施工过程中绞吸船横移速度范围难以控制的问题,以盘锦航道疏浚施工为例,采用基于控制图的分析方法,对绞吸船的横移参数进行研究.提出基于控制图的绞吸挖泥船横移挖泥操作参数范围的设定方法,并通过实例对操作过程中绞刀压力和水下泵吸入真空两个参数的范围进行设定,实现对挖泥过程中横移操作的连续质量控制.结果表明,该方法能够科学、直观地帮助操作人员掌控最佳参数范围,进而提高船舶生产率.
In view of the difficulty in controlling the traverse speed range of the cutter suction dredger during the construction process,this paper takes the dredging construction work in Panjin channel as an example,applies the analysis method based on the control chart to study the traverse parameters of the cutter suction dredger. This paper proposes the method of setting parameter range of traversing dredging operation based on the control chart,sets the cutter pressure and the suction vacuum of the underwater pump during the horizontal dredging operation in detail,and realizes the continuous quality control of the traverse operation during dredging.The results show that the method can provide a scientific and intuitive way to help operators to control the optimal parameter range so as to improve the ship’s productivity.
