“三泻心汤”临床应用探析

Analysis on Clinical Application of Three Xiexin Decoction

“三泻心汤”,即半夏泻心汤、生姜泻心汤、甘草泻心汤,均出自《伤寒论》,为治疗寒热错杂之心下痞而设,但三者临床应用指征不尽相同。本文通过分析三泻心汤原文及药物组成,以鉴别三方的病机及使用指征,并附验案以进一步区分三者的临床应用,以供临床参考。

Three xiexin Decoction,that is,Banxia Xiexin Decoction,Shengjiang Xiexin Decoction,and Gansao Xiexin Decoction,are from Shang Han Lun,which are designed to treat the heart distension caused by cold-heat complicated syndrome,but the indications of clinical application of the three kinds of decoction are not the same.This article identified the pathogenesis of the three kinds of decoction and application indications through analyzing the original text and medicinal combination.In addition,medical cases were attached to further discriminate the clinical application of the three kinds of decoction,with the purpose to provide references for clinic.
