中医康复联合穴位按摩对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的临床效果

Effect of Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Training Combined With Acupoint Massage on the Effectiveness and NIHSS Score of Stroke Patients With Dysphagia

目的探讨中医康复联合穴位按摩对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年6月—2020年1月本院收治的76例脑卒中吞咽功能障碍的患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组。对照组采用中医康复训练的干预模式,研究组在对照组的基础上进行穴位按摩。比较两组患者干预前后的洼田咽水实验评分、吞咽功能评分,干预前后的NIHISS评分以及两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组干预后洼田咽水实验评分低于对照组,吞咽功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者干预后的NIHISS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对脑卒中吞咽困难的患者采用中医康复训练联合穴位按摩的干预模式,有助于促进患者吞咽功能的改善,利于提升治疗效果。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint massage on dysphagia after stroke.Methods 76 patients with dysphagia after cerebral apoplexy admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group adopted the intervention mode of TCM rehabilitation training,and the research group conducted acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.The scores of swallow-field pharyngeal water test,swallowing function scores,NIHISS scores before and after intervention and the therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The scores of the experimental group were lower than the control group,and the scores of swallowing function were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The NIHISS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention mode of TCM rehabilitation training combined with acupoint massage for patients with dysphagia after stroke is helpful to improve the swallowing function and enhance the therapeutic effect.
