精准护理干预对老年2型糖尿病患者血糖水平及生活质量的影响

Effect of precision nursing intervention on blood glucose level and quality of life in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes

目的探讨精准护理干预对老年2型糖尿病患者血糖水平及生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年1月~2019年1月于我院确诊并住院治疗的老年2型糖尿病患者120例为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例),其中对照组患者采用常规治疗和护理,观察组在常规治疗的基础上进行针对性的精准护理干预,比较两组患者干预后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、生活质量及低血糖的发生情况。结果观察组干预后FPG、2h PG及HbA1C显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组干预后生活质量评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组低血糖发生率为3.33%,显著低于对照组的18.33%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论常规治疗联合精准护理干预可显著降低老年2型糖尿病患者血糖水平,提高生活质量,减少低血糖发生次数。

Objective To explore the effect of precision nursing intervention on blood glucose level and quality of life in elderly patients with type 2 diabete. Methods 120 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received regular treatment and nursing,while the observation group got further targeted precision nursing intervention.After intervention,the FPG,2 h PG,HbAlC,quality of life and hypoglycemia occured in the two groups were compared. Results After intervention,the values of FPG,2 h PG,HbAlC and quality life score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).The rate of low blood glucose in the observation group was 3.33%,significantly lower than that in the control group(18.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Regular treatment combined with precision nursing intervention can significantly decrease the blood glucose level in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,which improve quality of life and decrease hypoglycemia occurred times.
