我国各师范类院校的培养理念与模式正在逐步由传统师范教育转变为现代教师教育,而教师教育模块课程改革是其中的一个关键环节,如何按照师范类专业认证的要求优化好人才培养方案、合理构建课程体系、科学设置课程,是师范生培养与教师教育改革当中需要解决好的问题,本文将对上述问题展开探讨。

The education idea and pattern of normal colleges and universities is gradually transforming from the traditional normal education into the modern teacher education in China,while curriculum reform and teacher education module is one of the key links.How to optimize the talent training scheme,reasonably construct a curriculum system and scientifically arrange courses in accordance with the requirements of the professional certification of teacher education is a problem that should be solved in the cultivation of normal college students and the reform of teacher education.This paper will discuss the above problems.
