The Motivation of Strategic Transformation of Online Travel Service Enterprises:Taking XX Online Travel Enterprise as an Example

摘要 本研究基于动态能力理论,以XX在线旅行企业为案例研究对象,采用案例研究法深入探讨了在线旅行服务企业战略转型的动因。纵向案例研究表明:XX在线旅行网经历了2个阶段的战略转型-从PC时代到移动互联网时代(2010-2015年)、从移动互联网时代到超级生态时代(2016-至今)。本研究具体从机会识别能力、机会把握能力和机会利用能力3个方面系统阐释了其在不同阶段的战略转型动因,及其在公司层、经营层和职能层3个层面的战略转型内容,最终构建了在线旅行服务企业在不同阶段的战略转型动因模型。研究成果既是对在线旅行服务企业战略转型动因理论体系的完善,也是对旅游企业战略管理研究领域的丰富和发展,并在实践上为以在线旅行服务企业为代表的旅行服务企业进行战略转型提供理论指导。 Based on the dynamic capability theory, this study takes XX online travel enterprise as the case study object,and uses case study method to deeply explore the motivation of strategic transformation of online travel service enterprises.The Longitudinal case study shows that XX online travel enterprise has experienced two stages of strategic transformation-from PC era to mobile Internet Era(2010-2015), from mobile Internet era to super ecological era(2016-present). This study systematically explains the strategic transformation motivation in different stages from three aspects: opportunity identification ability, opportunity grasping ability and opportunity utilization ability, and its strategic transformation content in three levels of company level, operation level and function level, and finally constructs the strategic transformation motivation model of online travel service enterprises in different stages. The research results not only improve the theoretical system of strategic transformation motivation of online travel service enterprises, but also enrich and develop the research field of strategic management of tourism enterprises, and provide theoretical guidance for the strategic transformation of travel service enterprises represented by online travel service enterprises in practice.
