A Summary of Comprehensive Transportation Services Under the Condition of Market Economy

完善综合运输服务是提高供给体系的供给效率和质量,促进供给侧结构性改革发展的关键举措。本文主要在查询、分析、归类了2000年以后的国内文献基础上,从综合运输服务的本质概念,综合运输服务方式和综合运输服务的内容三大方面对我国市场经济条件下的综合运输服务进行综述,总结得出综合运输服务发展的当务之急是先做好综合运输服务相关的基础理论研究工作,探讨综合运输服务的本质内涵和系统构成,然后以此为基础构建综合运输服务的顶层设计和指导综合运输服务发展的实践工作,避免综合运输服务发展的盲目性。

Perfecting the comprehensive transportation service is the key measure to improve the supply efficiency and quality of the supply system and promote the supply-side structural reform and development. On the basis of querying, analyzing and classifying the domestic literature after 2000, this paper summarizes the comprehensive transportation service under the condition of market economy in China from three aspects: the essential concept of integrated transportation service, the mode of integrated transportation service and the content of comprehensive transportation service, and concludes that the urgent task of the development of integrated transportation service is to do a good job in the basic theory research work related to comprehensive transportation service. This paper probes into the essential connotation and system composition of the integrated transportation service, and then constructs the top-level design of the integrated transportation service and guides the practical work of the development of the integrated transportation service, so as to avoid the blindness of the development of the integrated transportation service.
