摘要 地震响应不仅会加大变压器-套管体系的整体摆动,还会引起很大的顶部位移,这些因素均有可能造成套管的断裂破坏。为了合理反映地震作用下变压器-套管体系的振动机理和套管与变压器箱体之间的动力相互作用,快速而可靠的求出套管地震响应,基于振动台试验和有限元分析结果,通过将上部瓷质套管与根部法兰的连接以及箱壁面外刚度对升高座的约束作用等效为转动弹簧,建立了变压器-套管体系的带转动弹簧的3自由度简化模型,根据简化模型针对两处等效弹簧的转动刚度进行参数化分析,研究了弹簧刚度对套管响应的影响。结果表明:简化计算的地震响应和振动台试验实测数据基本吻合,验证了简化模型的有效性。研究结果为变压器结构的初步设计提供参考。 The seismic response Will not only increases the overall oscillation of the transformer-bushing system,but also causes a large top displacement.These factors may cause the fracture of the casing.In order to reasonably reflect the vibration mechanism of the transformer-bushing system under earthquake action and the dynamic interaction between the bushing and the transformer case,based on the results of the shaking table test and the finite element analysis,the simplified model of the three-degree-of-freedom of the transformer-bushing system with the rotating spring was established by regarding the connecting of upper porcelain sleeve to root flange and the restraining effect of the outer wall stiffness of the box wall to the raised seat as a rotating spring.According to the simplified model,the parametric analysis of the rotational stiffness of the two equivalent springs was carried out,the influence of spring stiffness on the casing response was reserached.The results show that the seismic response of the simplified calculation is basically consistent with the measured data of the shaking table test.verifying the effectiveness of the simplified model.The results provide a reference for the preliminary design of the transformer structure.
