中国煤炭资源保障程度和绿色勘查开发途径 被引量:19

摘要 文中进一步厘定了煤炭资源/储量的概念,全面分析了我国煤炭资源勘查开发现状,深入阐述了我国煤炭资源保障程度,认为煤炭资源总体丰富,可采、预可采储量不足,服务年限少,区域煤炭资源保障不平衡,优质炼焦用煤稀缺,中东部地区煤炭资源压覆严重,中西部煤炭开发的生态环境问题突出。在分析煤炭资源保障程度基础上,根据煤炭安全高效绿色勘查开发的基本要求,提出了煤炭资源绿色勘查技术、煤矿高精度高效安全开采地质探测技术、煤矿水害探测与防治技术、煤矿绿色充填开采关键技术、采煤沉陷综合治理与生态环境恢复再造技术、煤矿瓦斯井上井下联合抽采技术、废弃矿山资源综合利用和环境恢复技术研究、煤矿高矿化度矿井水及固废处理技术、洁净煤技术的基础地质研究、煤系多能源矿产综合勘查开发和利用技术、煤炭地下气化与煤层气联合协调勘查开发技术、煤源雾霾研究和二氧化碳地质封存技术十二项煤炭绿色勘查开发的技术途径。 The paper has stipulated coal resource/reserve concept further,overall analyzed coal resource exploration and exploitation status quo in China,expounded coal resource security level in depth.As a whole,coal resources are abundant,but extractable and probable extractable reserves deficiency,less service life.Regionally,coal resource security is imbalance,high quality coking coal rare,mid-eastern area coal resources seriously overlaid,mid-western area has prominent issue on ecological environment during coal resource exploitation.Based on coal resource security level analysis,according to basic requirements of coal safe and efficient green exploration and exploitation,have put forward 12 items coal green exploration and exploitation approaches including:coal resource green exploration technology,coalmine high precision and high efficiency safe mining geological detection technology,coalmine water hazard detection and control technology,coalmine green mining with filling key technology,coal extraction subsidence comprehensive control and eco-environment rehabilitation technology,coalmine gas surface and underground joint drainage technology,abandoned mine resources comprehensive utilization and environmental recovery technology study,coalmine highly mineralized mine water and solid waste treatment technology,clean coal technology fundamental geological research,coal measures multiple energy mineral resources integrated exploration,exploitation and utilization technology,coal underground gasification and CBM joint coordination exploration and exploitation technology,along with coal-fired haze study and carbon dioxide geological encased technology.
