材料专业院级测试中心管理模式的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on Management Model of Instrumental Analysis Center for Material Specialty

阐述了新形势下大型仪器分析测试中心建设的必要性,分析了西安电子科技大学先进材料与纳米科技学院测试中心运行中存在的问题,从管理体制的建设、测试队伍的培养、大型仪器信息平台的构建、大型仪器实验课程的开设、考核体制的完善等方面提出了测试中心改革发展的思路,从而可以实现仪器资源的优化配置,充分发挥大型仪器共享效益,确保测试中心良好运行。

The necessity of construction and development of large-scale instrumental analysis center in college under the new situation was explained.The problems of the instrumental analysis center in School of Advanced Materials and Nanotechnology of Xidian University were put forward.Some ideas for the reform and development of instrumental analysis center were put forward,such as the construction of management system,training of the team,building up of information platform,opening of large-scale instrument experimental courses and improvement of assess system.In this way,the optimal allocation of instrument resources can be realized.Sharing benefits of large-scale instruments can be well improved.The instrumental analysis center can develop well.
