摘要
以陕西铜川原状煤矸石为研究对象,对其进行分拣、破碎、分级等工艺处理,重点进行煤矸石的化学强化和表面包覆相关实验。选用粒径为2.36~4.75 mm的煤矸石,采用不同的强化剂和包覆粉来提高其强度和耐水性。研究发现,当用硅酸盐类强化剂B(质量分数为6%)掺入0.7%土壤固化剂进行复配后的溶液作强化剂,对煤矸石强化效果最明显;在液体强化后的煤矸石表面用水泥和某尾矿粉质量比为1∶1.2进行包覆处理,包覆量为煤矸石质量的25%,所制得的产品干压碎值约降低50%,耐水性约提高85%,所制得的煤矸石骨料产品性能良好。将所制得的煤矸石骨料产品替代部分石灰岩用作水泥砂浆集料,相比原状煤矸石砂浆,强化后的煤矸石水泥砂浆抗折、抗压强度都有提高。
The original coal gangue in Tongchuan,Shaanxi Province was taken as the research object.Through the processing of sorting,crushing and grading etc.,the experiments on chemical strengthening and surface coating of coal gangue were emphasized.In this study,coal gangue with the particle size of 2.36~4.75 mm was selected.The strength and water resistance of coal gangue were improved with different strengthening agents and coated powder.It was found that when the solution was compounded with 0.7% soil solidified agent in a mass fraction of 6% silicate-based strengthening agent B,the strengthening effect on coal gangue was the most obvious.The surface of the coal gangue after liquid strengthening was covered with a mass ratio of cement to tailings powder of 1∶1.2,The amount of coating was 25% of the mass of coal gangue.The dry crush value of the obtained product can be reduced by about 50%,the water resistance performance was improved by about 85%,and the produced coal gangue aggregate product performance was well.The coal gangue aggregate product was replaced by a part of the stone as a cement mortar aggregate.Compared with the original gangue cement mortar,the reinforced coal gangue cement mortar has improved flexural strength and compressive strength.
