中国城市能源效率空间演化特征及影响因素——基于两阶段Super SBM的分析 被引量:12

摘要 基于两阶段Super SBM构建能源效率测度模型,分析2005年和2015年中国城市能源效率的空间演化特征,并从外部环境和内生因素两方面剖析能源效率空间演化的影响因素。结果表明:(1)中国城市能源效率较高且多年不断提升,空间分异总体上呈两纵一横的“H”型格局,能源效率具有显著的空间正相关性,且相关程度有所提升;(2)纯技术效率变化与能源效率之间存在显著的正向推动作用,技术进步变化与能源效率之间则存在显著抑制作用;(3)经济发展、产业结构和城市化是影响全国及各地区城市能源效率的共性因素,而科技创新、对外开放、环境规制、能源价格是影响全国及各地区城市能源效率的差别性因素。 This paper constructed the evaluation modal of energy efficiency based on two-stage super efficiency SBM model,analyzed the spatial evolution characteristics of energy efficiency in Chinese cities in 2005 and 2015,and the influencing factors of energy efficiency from external operation environment and internal factors.The results show that:(1)Energy efficiency is generally high and has increased for many years,the spatial differentiation generally presents a H-pattern of“two vertical and one horizontal”.Energy efficiency has a significant positive spatial correlation,and the degree of correlation is slightly improved.(2)The changes of pure technical efficiency have a significant effect on the promotion of energy efficiency,the changes of technological progress have a significant inhibitory effect on the promotion of energy efficiency.(3)Economic development,industrial structure and urbanization are the common factors influencing energy efficiency at the national and regional levels,while the influence effects of technological innovation,opening to the outside world,environmental regulation and energy prices on energy efficiency are different at the national and regional levels.
