摘要
化工机械密封件损伤研究对其寿命的延长非常重要,鉴于当前相关研究成果与实际情况拟合度待优化的问题,以C形圈密封件为研究对象,提出基于Marc的化工机械密封件损伤数值模拟方法。根据密封构件几何框架,通过有限元软件Marc在设置网格划分等条件参数基础上构建机械密封件有限元模型。根据加载得到密封件的受力情况:随着介质压力不断加大,密封件最大Von Mises应力也随之增大;当密封件压缩率为一定值,接触应力会在介质压力不断增大下呈现出线性增大的趋势;弹簧对于密封件的密封可以起到有效的加强作用。依据受力情况得到密封件损伤泄露机理:密封件在正常的密封过程中,损伤通道是根据密封件表层裂纹和划痕等缺陷导致的。在分析结果下分别针对动作不良、滑动面、干滑动导致的损伤情况,提出相应维修对策。经实验证明,所提方法模拟精度高,鲁棒性强。
The damage study of chemical machinery seals is very important for the extension of its life.In view of the current problem of the relevant research results and the actual situation to be optimized,the C-ring seals are taken as the research object,and the damage value of chemical mechanical seals based on Marc is proposed.Simulation method.According to the geometric framework of the sealing member,the finite element model of the mechanical seal is constructed by the finite element software Marc on the basis of setting the condition parameters such as meshing.According to the load,the force of the seal is obtained:as the pressure of the medium increases,the maximum Von Mises stress of the seal increases.When the compression ratio of the seal is constant,the contact stress will increase when the pressure of the medium increases.The trend of linear increase;the spring can effectively strengthen the seal of the seal.According to the force situation,the leakage damage mechanism of the seal is obtained:during the normal sealing process of the seal,the damage passage is caused by defects such as cracks and scratches on the surface of the seal.According to the analysis results,the corresponding maintenance measures are proposed for the damage caused by poor operation,sliding surface and dry sliding.The experimental results show that the proposed method has high simulation accuracy and strong robustness.
