浅谈新形势下高职院校创业基金服务大学生创业的功能、现状及优化措施——以西双版纳职业技术学院为例

A Brief Discussion on the Functions,Status Quo and Optimization Measures of Higher Vocational Colleges'Entrepreneurship Funds Serving College Students'Entrepreneurship under the New Situation:Taking Xishuangbanna Vocational and Technical College as an Example

近年来我国高职院校大学生创业基金快速发展,但其管理及使用绩效不高,未能全面发挥自身促进大学生创业的作用。西双版纳职业技术学院是云南省西双版纳州唯一一所综合性的高职院校,由于受各种客观因素的制约,我校在创业教育及创业教育基金的管理等方面才刚刚起步,存在很多问题亟待解决。笔者结合自身十余年教学及管理工作的经验,以云南省西双版纳职业技术学院为例,分析高职院校创业基金功能,并联系西双版纳职业技术学院创业教育现状及创业基金管理实际给出针对性的优化措施,以期为更好地发挥高职院校创业基金的作用提供一些有益的借鉴。

In recent years,the entrepreneurship fund of higher vocational colleges in China has developed rapidly,but its management and use performance is not high,and it has not fully exerted its role in promoting entrepreneurship of college students.Xishuangbanna Vocational and Technical College is the only comprehensive higher vocational college in Xishuangbanna,Yunnan Province.Due to various objective factors,our college has just started in the areas of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship education fund management.There are many problems to be solved urgently.Combined with more than ten years of teaching and management experience,taking Xishuangbanna Vocational and Technical College as an example,the writer analyzes the functions of entrepreneurship funds in higher vocational colleges,and gives specific optimization measures in combination with the status quo of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship fund management in our college,hoping to provide some useful lessons for strengthening the role of entrepreneurship funds in higher vocational colleges.
