摘要
目的探讨玉屏风颗粒联合匹多莫德对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者血清炎症因子的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年8月本院接诊的80例COPD患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予匹多莫德胶囊治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上联合应用玉屏风颗粒。比较两组患者血清炎症因子水平变化及临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗后血清IL-2水平均明显升高,且研究组血清IL-2水平明显高于对照组;两组IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α水平均明显降低,且研究组明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的77.50%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风颗粒联合匹多莫德对COPD患者血清炎症因子(IL-2、IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α)的改善效果良好,疗效显著,值得广泛推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of Yupingfeng granule combined with Pi do Maude on serum inflammatory factors in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 80 COPD patients from January 2018 to August 2019 were selected as study subjects.According to the random number table method,the patients were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given Pidotimod capsule in the treatment,while the study group was combined with Yupingfeng granule on the basis of the control group's treatment.The changes of serum inflammatory factors and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the serum IL-2 levels in both groups were significantly increased,and the serum IL-2 levels in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group.T The levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.50%).There was statistical significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Yupingfeng granule combined with Pidotimod has good effect on improving serum inflammatory factors(IL-2,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-alpha)in patients with COPD,and the curative effect is remarkable.It is worthy of wide application.
