穴位埋线治疗腹型肥胖合并高脂血症临床研究

Clinical Study of Acupoint Catgut Embedding Therapy in the Treatment of Abdominal Obesity with Hyperlipidemia

目的:观察穴位埋线治疗腹型肥胖合并高脂血症患者的临床疗效。方法:选择腹型肥胖合并高脂血症患者100例,将全部患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例,治疗组给予穴位埋线治疗,对照组常规针刺治疗,于治疗前后评测患者的肥胖指标,检测患者血脂各项的变化,并比较临床疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为91.84%(45/49)和67.35%(33/49),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在改善患者肥胖指标BW、BMI、F%、WC和血脂四项TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C方面,治疗后两组均有显著效果(P<0.01),且治疗组的改善程度较对照组更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线是治疗腹型肥胖合并高脂血症的有效治疗方法,能够改善患者肥胖与血脂指标,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy in treating abdominal obesity with hyperlipidemia.Methods:100 cases of abdominal obesity with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding therapy,whereas the control group was treated with common acupuncture.The clinical efficacy of each group and the changes of obesity index,blood lipid test were observed before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.84%(45/49),which was significantly higher than 67.35%(33/49)of the control group(P<0.05).The obesity index,such as BW,BMI,F%and WC,as well as TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C were greatly improved after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.01);of which the improvements in the treatment group were more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint catgut embedding therapy is an effective treatment method for abdominal obesity with hyperlipidemia,which can improve obesity index and lipid condition in patients,and it is worthy of clinical application.
