摘要
以青蒿的带芽嫩茎为外植体,研究了0.1%的升汞在不同消毒时间的消毒效果,不同浓度的植物生长调节剂对相同外植体的不定芽诱导、生根的影响。结果表明:0.1%的升汞的消毒时间为8 min时污染率明显较高,消毒时间为10 min时会给外植体造成严重伤害,使其不能继续生长,消毒时间在9 min左右效果最佳。青蒿茎段丛生芽诱导培养基为MS+6-BA 1mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L,不定芽诱导率高达100%。生根培养基为1/4MS+IBA1.5mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L,生根率可以达到90%以上,生根数量多且根系粗壮。
The stems of Artemisia annuaL.with buds is used as explants to study the disinfection effect of different disinfection time of 0.1%mercury,and the effects of different concentration of plant growth regulators on adventitious bud induction and rooting of the same explants were studied.The results showed that the contamination rate is higher when the disinfection time of 0.1%mercury is 8 min.And the disinfection time was 10 min,which caused serious damage to the explants and made them unable to continue growing.And the effect was best when the disinfection time was about 9 min.The medium for induction of shoots in the stem segments of Artemisia annua L.was MS+6-BA 1 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L,and the induction rate of adventitious buds was as high as 100%.The rooting medium is 1/4MS+IBA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,and the rooting rate can reach above 90%.The number of rooting is large and the root system is thick.
