山东省烟台地区J亚型禽白血病与禽网状内皮组织增生症血清流行病学调查

Serological Investigation of J-subtype Avian Leukosis and Avian Reticuloendotheliosis in Yantai area of Shandong Province in China

为了解山东省烟台地区J亚型禽白血病与网状内皮组织增生症的流行情况,于2019年9~10月,采用酶联免疫吸附试验对来自烟台地区8个农业县的16个种鸡场、20个商品代场和16个散养鸡群共940份血清样本进行检测分析。结果显示:有5个农业县检测到J亚型禽白血病,抗体阳性率为2.9%;8个农业县全部检测出禽网状内皮组织增生症,抗体阳性率为43.9%,双抗体阳性率为2.7%。此次调查为烟台地区禽白血病的净化及禽网状内皮组织增生症的防控提供了数据支撑。

To investigate the prevalence of J-subtype avian leukosis and avian reticuloendotheliosis in Yantai,Shandong Province,a total of 940 serum samples were collected from16 breeding farms,20 commercial scale farms and 16 backyard flocks from 8 agricultural counties in Septemper to October 2019,and subjected to detection for antibody against J-subtype avian leukosis and avian reticuloendotheliosis by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The results showed that J-subtype avian leukosis antibody positive samples were detected in 5 agricultural counties,and the averaged positive rate was 2.9%;avian reticuloendotheliosis antibody positive samples were detected in 8 agricultural counties,and the averaged positive rate was 43.9%;the positive rate of double antibody was 2.7%.The research could provide a basic data for further purification of avian leukemia and avian reticuloendotheliosis prevention and control in Yantai City.
