摘要 中式面点历史悠久、传统文化底蕴深厚、技术精湛,是烹饪中不可或缺的一部分。随着经济的发展以及人们对中式面点要求的提高,中式面点在继承传统技术的基础上要紧跟市场紧跟时代,结合西点元素不断开发与创新产品以满足消费者日益增长的需求。如何充分利用中式面点的优势以及大力发展中式面点市场是烹饪工作者要思考的问题,本文分析了中式面点具备的优势与潜力,提出要勇于创新,使用新原料、新方法、新工艺、新设备等,从面皮、馅料、造型及颜色等方面进行中式面点的发展与创新,让人民群众吃的更加健康、更加安全。 Chinese noodles have a long history,profound traditional culture,and exquisite technology,and are an integral part of cooking.With the development of the economy and the increase of people's requirements for Chinesestyle noodles,Chinese-style noodles must keep up with the market and the times on the basis of inheriting traditional technologies,and continue to develop and innovate products in combination with West Point elements to meet the growing demand of consumers.How to make full use of the advantages of Chinese noodles and vigorously develop the Chinese noodle market is a question for the culinary workers to consider.This article analyzes the advantages and potential of Chinese noodles,and proposes to be creative and use new raw materials,new methods,new techniques and new equipment to develop and innovate Chinese noodles from noodles,fillings,shapes and colors,so that the people can eat healthier and safer.
