摘要
针对传统保电工作手段单一、难以管理等问题,基于配电物联网,建设以智慧保电平台与智能配电台区结合的智能供电保障与指挥系统,以开放的标准,促进配电网精益化管理,在保供电期间做到精准可靠、智慧指挥、全面感知。智慧保电平台分为可视化大屏幕、配电自动化平台、监测终端3部分,可实现人员、车辆、物资等保电资源全景可视化监控和主动指挥,为全网保电资源的统一调配与指挥决策提供科学支撑。智能配电台区以TTU(智能配变终端)为核心,搭配末端感知设备,实现台区数据全面整合应用。建立智能供电保障与指挥系统,节省人力物力,可极大提高重大保电期间的用电可靠性。
Traditional means of protecting electricity is single and difficult to manage. A power protection method combining intelligent power protection platform with intelligent distribution station area based on power distribution Internet of things is built, to promote lean management of distribution network with open standards, and ensure accurate, reliable, intelligent command and comprehensive perception during the period of power supply. The intelligent power conservation platform is divided into three parts such as visualization large screen, distribution automation platform and monitoring terminal, which can realize panoramic visual monitoring and active management of power conservation resources. And the platform can provide scientific support for unified deployment and command decision-making of power conservation resources in the whole network. TTU(intelligent distribution transformer terminal) is the core of the intelligent distribution station area. The terminal sensing equipment is used to realize the comprehensive application of the station area data. The establishment of an intelligent power supply system can save human and material resources and improve the reliability of service.
