补阳还五汤对眩晕的治疗作用研究

Study on the Therapeutic Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on Vertigo

目的分析补阳还五汤对眩晕的治疗作用。方法择取2017年5月至2018年5月我院收治的100例气虚血瘀型眩晕者为研究对象。将其分为两组,每组50例。对照组接受常规治疗,以此为基础,观察组联合应用补阳还五汤治疗,分析结果。结果对照组治疗有效率为76.00%,观察组为98.00%。和对照组相比,观察组治疗效果明显更好,P<0.05.干预前,两组受试者的血浆比黏稠度、全血黏度以及红细胞压积无明显差异,P>0.05。干预后,两组患者的上述指标均有所改善,就改善程度来讲,和对照组相比,观察组治疗效果明显更好,P<0.05。结论对于气虚血瘀型眩晕症患者,以常规治疗方法为基础,使用补阳还五汤进行治疗,能够取得满意成效。其能够实现化瘀通络、升清降浊以及虚实兼顾的效果。药物有助于改善患者血液流变学,积极恢复血液动力和血管壁弹性,有助于促进患者疾病转归,因此值得进一步在临床中推广应用。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Buyanghuewu decoction on vertigo.Methods 100 cases of QI defi ciency and blood stasis vertigo were selected from May 2017 to May 2018.Divide it into 2 groups of 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and based on this,the observation group combined with Buyang and Wuwu decoction treatment,analysis results.Results The effective rate was 76.00%in control group and 98.00%in observation group.Compared with the control group,the treatment effect was better in the observation group,P<0.05.Before the intervention,there was no signifi cant difference in the plasma specifi c viscosity,total blood viscosity,and erythrocyte accumulation in the two groups,P>0.05.After the intervention,the above two groups of patients the indicators improved.In terms of improvement degree,compared with the control group,the therapeutic effect of the observation group was signifi cantly better,P<0.05.Conclusion For patients with Qi defi ciency and blood stasis vertigo,based on conventional treatment methods,the treatment of Buyang and Wuwu decoction can be used to achieve satisfactory results.It can realize the effects of chemical stasis,clearing and turbidity,and virtual reality.The drug helps to improve the hemorheology of the patient,actively restore the hemodynamics and vascular wall elasticity,and helps to promote the patient's disease return.Therefore,it is worth further promoting and applying in the clinic.
