膝骨关节炎中西医疗法的临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Knee Osteoarthritis

膝骨关节炎是临床上常见的慢性退行性疾病,属于中医"痹证"范畴,中老年人好发,发病率逐年上升,严重影响人们生活质量,已得到临床工作者的广泛关注。近年来,多种治疗手段相结合以及中西医结合的综合治疗手段越来越多地应用于膝骨关节炎的治疗。文章就现阶段膝骨关节炎的中西医治疗的临床研究进展进行综述。

Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a clinically common chronic degenerative disease,which belongs to the Bi syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine.Middle-aged and elderly people are susceptible to KOA,and the incidence of KOA is increasing year by year.It seriously affects people's quality of life and has been widely concerned by clinical workers.In recent years,the combination of multiple treatment methods and the integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine have been increasingly applied to the treatment of KOA.This article reviewed the clinical research progress of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of KOA.
