摘要
炎症性肠病(IBDs)包括克罗恩病和溃疡性结肠炎,是最常见的肠道失调疾病。IBDs的致病机理中活性氧(ROS)起关键作用。ROS包括超氧阴离子自由基(O2-)、羟基自由基(-OH)、过氧化氢(H2O2)、单态氧(1O2)和其他过氧化物,ROS通过氧化DNA、蛋白质、脂质和其他细胞结构来调控细胞的调亡。为了保护生物系统免受过量ROS的损害,细胞抗氧化系统被激活进而调节ROS的生成。由于对IBDs患者体内ROS与抗氧化系统的研究十分缺乏,特别是儿童患者,因此需要对IBDs中ROS和抗氧化机理进行汇总研究。本综述通过对IBDs的发生、发展机制加深了解,以期为临床治疗手段、靶向载体及靶向药物的研究提供思路。
Inflammatory bowel diseases(IBDs)which include Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis are the most common intestinal dysfunction.Reactive oxygen species(ROS)plays a key role in pathogenesis of IBDs.ROS which includes superoxide radicals(O2-),hydroxyl radicals(-OH),hydrogen peroxide(H2O2),singlet oxygen(1O2)and other peroxide is responsible for cell apoptosis via oxidation of DNA,proteins,lipids,and any other cellular constituent.To protect biological systems form overdose of ROS,the anti-oxidation system of cells is activated to regulate the production of ROS.Due to the lack of research on ROS and anti-oxidation system in patients with IBDs,especially in pediatric patients,it is necessity for comprehensive study of ROS and anti-oxidation mechanisms in IBDs.This review deepens the understanding of the occurrence and development mechanisms of IBDs,with a view to providing ideas for clinical treatments,targeted vector and targeted drugs.
