摘要
针对某大桥拟采用的沥青桥面铺装结构方案,采用大型直道MLS66型加速加载试验设备进行加速加载试验,得到60℃温度下经过5万次加载的断面车辙深度.采用单轴压缩蠕变试验方法对拟采用的两种铺装材料在60℃温度下的蠕变特性进行试验研究,根据试验结果,利用origin非线性拟合工具获得基于幂率的蠕变参数.建立与试验桥相同的钢桥面铺装复合结构有限元模型,计算得到模型在60℃下的永久变形.研究表明:加速加载试验的断面车辙深度与有限元模型仿真结果比较接近,证明了基于幂率的蠕变模型模拟钢桥面铺装永久变形的有限元模型的正确性.
In view of the asphalt bridge deck pavement structure scheme to be adopted for a bridge,the large-scale straight MLS66 accelerated loading test equipment was used to carry out accelerated loading test of the test bridge,and the rutting depth of the section subjected to 50,000 times of loading at 60℃ was obtained.The uniaxial compression creep test method was used to test the creep characteristics of the two paving materials to be used at 60℃.According to the test results,the creep parameters based on power rate were obtained by using origin nonlinear fitting tool.The finite element model of steel deck pavement composite structure identical to the test bridge was established,and the permanent deformation of the model at 60℃ was calculated.The research shows that the rutting depth of the section under accelerated loading test is close to the simulation result of the finite element model,which proves the correctness of the finite element model based on power rate creep model to simulate the permanent deformation of steel bridge deck pavement.
