摘要
离心式压缩机在运行过程中会产生强大的离心力,气体在离心力的作用下会发生离心运动,并通过流道进行进一步压缩。但是,气体在压缩过程中会对转子产生作用,可能导致转子失稳而引发压缩机产生振动。因此,重点分析离心压缩机气体激振原因,并提出了一些有效的控制策略。
The centrifugal compressor will produce a very strong centrifugal force in the process of operation, and the gas will have centrifugal movement under the effect of centrifugal force, and will be further compressed through the flow channel. However, the gas will affect the rotor in the process of compression, which may cause the rotor to lose stability, resulting in compressor vibration. In this paper, the reason of gas induced vibration of centrifugal compressor is analyzed, and then some effective control strategies are put forward.
