摘要 为了更好地满足老年用户的生理以及心理需求,提升其使用卫浴时的综合体验。研究采用实地调研、用户访谈、问卷调查、市场分析等方法获取数据结合KANO模型以及MDS多维分析对数据信息进行分析和整合,深入挖掘老年人的需求,从而得出老年卫浴设计要素。分析得出老年卫浴的设计要兼顾功能上的易用性、造型上的整体性、材质上的防滑性、情感上的放松性以及价格上的经济性。老年卫浴的设计重点在于功能上应该注重简约易懂,造型上应重点考虑材质的清洗以及防滑等问题。此结论可为上海及周边大城市中端老年卫浴设计提供参考依据。 It aims to better meet the physiological and psychological needs of elders,improve their comprehensive experience in the use of bathroom products. The study used field research,user interviews,questionnaires,market analysis and other methods to get data,combined with KANO model and multidimensional scaling(MDS) to analyze and integrate data information,and deeply explore the needs of the elders,so as to get the elements of elderly bathroom products design.The analysis comes to the conclusion that the design of elderly bathroom products should take into account the ease of use on the function,the integrity on the shape,the skid resistance on the material,the relaxation on the emotion and the economy on the price. The design of elderly bathroom products is focused on the function of simplicity and easy to understand. The styling should focus on the cleaning of the material and the anti-skid. This conclusion can provide reference for the design of mid-range elderly bathroom products in Shanghai and surrounding big cities.
