河南省域快递服务的空间差异

Spatial Differences of Express Service in Henan Province

快递服务已成为促进我国国民经济增长的重要产业,但其发展在各个地区并不平衡。为促进快递服务更好地适应城市和区域发展,以河南省为例,首先阐述了河南省域快递服务的整体发展状况,然后剖析了省域内各地区、各城市的快递服务发展状况,最后基于统计数据,运用逐步回归分析法,从各市的人口规模、社会经济发展水平、消费者收入、信息化程度、政策环境等方面分析了河南省快递服务空间差异的影响因素。研究发现,社会经济发展水平与快递服务发展水平相关程度最高。推动河南省快递服务的发展需加强惠民政策,规范管理,完善配送网点,提升服务品质。

The express service has become a very important industry which promotes China′s national economic growth,but its development is unbalance among provinces or inside each province.In order to promote express service to match the city development and regional development,taking Henan Province as an example,the overall development of express service in provincial region was described firstly.Then the development situation of each region and city was analyzed.At last,based on the statistics data,the influencing factors which led to the spatial differences of express service in Henan Province were analyzed in terms of population scale,social economic development level,consumer income,informationalization level and government policies of each city with stepwise regression.It concludes that the social economic development level is the most important factor for the development of express service.In Henan Province,it is suggested that the policies benefiting the people should be strengthened,the management should be standardized further,the delivery network should be designed better,and the service itself should be upgraded to promote the express service development.
