心脏肿瘤CT及MRI影像表现的初步探讨

Preliminary Study on CT and MRI Images of Cardiac Tumors

目的分析CT在心脏肿瘤诊断中的临床意义。方法该次研究对象为方便该院2015年1月—2018年1月该院收治的20例原发心脏肿瘤患者,对其进行回顾性分析,其中10例患者采用CT检查,另外10例患者进行MRI检查,对其检查结果与病理诊断结果进行对比。结果采用CT检查的10例患者中,所有患者均检查出患有肿瘤,检查的敏感性为100%。其中有3例患者为肿瘤在壁,有5例患者为腔内肿瘤,有2例患者为心包肿瘤。3例患者的CT诊断结果与病理学诊断结果一致。采用MRI检查的10例患者中,所有患者均检查出患有肿瘤,检查的敏感性为100%。患者中,有2例脂肪瘤,1例纤维瘤,2例囊肿,5例患者的MRI诊断结果与病理诊断结果一致。结论采用CT检查的特点是视野宽大、分辨能力较强;MRI检查的特点主要是对软组织的特异性较为敏感;针对原发性心脏肿瘤患者在诊断上需对检查手段进行合理利用,才能有效提高原发性心脏肿瘤的诊断水平,才能达到早诊断早治疗的目的,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical significance of CT in the diagnosis of cardiac tumors.Methods The subjects of this study were Conveniently selected 20 patients with primary cardiac tumors admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 in our hospital.Retrospective analysis was performed.10 patients underwent CT examination and 10 patients underwent CT examination.MRI examination,the results of the examination and pathological diagnosis results.Results Of the 10 patients who underwent CT,all patients were diagnosed with tumors and the sensitivity was 100%.Among them,3 patients with wall were in the tumor,5 patients were intraluminal tumors,and 2 patients were pericardial tumors.The CT findings of the 3 patients were consistent with the pathological diagnosis.Of the 10 patients who underwent MRI,all were examined for tumors and the sensitivity was 100%.Among the patients,there were 2 cases of lipoma,1 case of fibroid,and 2 cases of cyst.The MRI diagnosis results of the 5 cases were consistent with the pathological diagnosis.Conclusion CT examination is characterized by wide field of view and strong resolving power.The characteristics of MRI examination are mainly sensitive to the specificity of soft tissue.For patients with primary cardiac tumors,it is necessary to make reasonable use of their examination methods in order to be effective.To improve the diagnostic level of primary cardiac tumors,in order to achieve the purpose of early diagnosis and early treatment,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
