摘要
甲醇不仅是重要的化工原料及多种有机产品的中间体,而且还是可以替代柴油的清洁能源。甲醇在生产、运输、储存、使用过程中,若发生意外泄漏或喷溅,在内部压力作用下向空气中扩散,与空气混合形成一定浓度的气-液二相可爆炸体系,在外界能量激发下会发生爆炸,甚至爆轰。本文以甲醇为研究对象,研究多因素耦合下的甲醇喷雾爆炸特性以及演化规律。
Methanol is not only an important chemical raw material and intermediate of many organic products,but also a clean energy alternative to diesel.In the process of production,transportation,storage and use,if methanol is accidentally leaked or splashed,it will diffuse into the air under the action of internal pressure,and mix with the air to form a certain concentration of gas-liquid two-phase explosive system,which will explode or even explode under the excitation of external energy.Taking methanol as the research object,the spray and explosion characteristics and evolution law of methanol under multi factors coupling were studied in this paper.
