摘要
利用金相显微镜、透射电镜、电化学工作站和拉伸试验机等设备对2205双相不锈钢热轧复合板复层进行了组织分析及性能测试,并与热轧前双相不锈钢2205的组织和性能进行了对比。实验结果表明:2205双相不锈钢复合板复层热轧固溶后,细长的γ相与α相界面处出现波浪状褶皱,且两相界面向γ相迁移;沿奥氏体晶界处分布着大量细小的奥氏体亚晶粒,亚晶粒之间及亚晶粒与奥氏体晶粒界面连接处塞积大量位错,致使试样产生加工硬化现象,因此其强度和硬度均高于2205双相不锈钢;此外,2205双相不锈钢热轧复合板复层的腐蚀电位降低,耐点腐蚀和耐缝隙腐蚀性能降低。
The multiple layer microstructure and properties of 2205 duplex stainless steel hot rolled clad plates were studied by means of metallographic microscope,transmission electron microscope,electrochemical workstation and tensile testing machine,and the results were contrasted with the microstructure and properties of 2205 duplex stainless steel before hot rolling.The experimental results show that for 2205 duplex stainless steel clad plates after hot rolling and solid solution,some folds are observed at the interface between slenderγphase andαphase,and the interfaces between the two phases are found to migrate to the side ofγphase.A great deal of fine austenite sub-grains are distributed along the austenite grain boundary,and plenty of dislocations accumulate among sub-grains and at the interface junctions between sub-grains and austenite grains which resulting in hardening of the specimen,so the strength and hardness of 2205 duplex stainless steel hot rolled clad plates exceed that of 2205 duplex stainless steel.Besides,the corrosion potential of 2205 duplex stainless steel hot-rolled clad plates is reduced,and the resistance to pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion is reduced.
