摘要
聚合物的聚集行为影响着聚合物溶液性能,从而影响其应用效果。对比分析了三种不同聚集行为的聚合物流变性、黏弹性、水动力学尺寸、吸附滞留等方面性能。结果表明,聚合物的空间聚集行为越强,分子间的相互作用力越大,表现出更为明显的黏弹性能和更大的水动力学尺寸。“链束”状聚集行为的疏水改性部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HMPAM)呈现多分子层的吸附特征,吸附量最大,能够逐步降低驱替相渗透率以改善波及效率;“团簇”状聚集行为的支化聚合物(DHAP)由于分子间强作用力而影响了其吸附层厚度,同时保留了溶液的有效应用浓度,使其在多孔介质中具备较大的水动力学尺寸和弹性性能,通过孔喉处的滞留建立更高的阻力系数(RF)和残余阻力系数(RRF),达到改善波及的目的。聚合物的聚集行为特征影响着聚合物的应用方式。
The aggregation behaviour of polymer affects the performance of polymer solution and its application effect.The rheological properties,viscoelasticity,hydrodynamic size and adsorption retention of three polymers with different aggregation behavior were compared and analyzed.The results show that the stronger the spatial aggregation behaviour of polymers,the greater the interaction force between molecules,the more viscoelastic properties and the larger the hydrodynamic size of polymers.The HMPAM with“chain bundle”aggregation behaviour exhibits the adsorption characteristics of multi-molecular layers,and has the largest adsorption capacity,which can gradually reduce the permeability of displacement phase to improve sweep efficiency.DHAP with“cluster”aggregation behaviour affects the thickness of its adsorbed layer due to the strong intermolecular force,while retaining the effective application concentration of the solution,which makes it have larger hydrodynamic size and elastic properties in porous media.Higher resistance coefficient(RF)and residual resistance coefficient(RRF)are established through the retention at the throat to improve the sweep.The characteristics of polymer aggregation behaviour affect the application of polymers.
