湖北荆州市胡家草场西汉墓M12出土简牍概述

General Introduction to Unearthed Bamboo and Wooden Slips from Western Han Tomb No.12 at Hujia Caochang,Jingzhou City,Hubei

胡家草场墓地西汉墓M12出土了4642枚简牍,内容有岁纪、历、日至、法律文献、医方及杂方、日书、簿籍、遣册等。简牍的红外扫描和释文工作已初步完成。这批简牍是了解西汉简牍收卷和存放方式的珍贵标本,也是了解简牍形制和书写体例的重要例证,为研究秦汉时期社会生活诸多方面提供了重要资料。

4642 pieces of bamboo and wooden slips were retrieved from the tomb No.12 at the cemetery of Hujia Caochang in Jingzhou (Hubei).The textual records on these slips concern themes of chronology,calendar,solar solstices,juristic documents,medicine,mathematics,official documents,funerary-goods,etc.Infrared scanning of slips and preliminary translations of texts have been finished.This collection of slips is an ideal example of slip folding and piling during the Western Han,providing critical evidence for the understanding of slips types,writing formats,as well as multiple aspects of social life in the Qin and Han periods.
