摘要
透明质酸是一种酸性黏多糖,具有优良的生理学功能,如保湿、润滑和促进组织创伤愈合等,被广泛应用于医药、化妆品、美容等领域,具有较高商业价值。本文概述了透明质酸制备方法的发展历程及近期研究热点、透明质酸分子量的检测方法,并对透明质酸制备方法的发展趋势进行了展望。
Hyaluronic acid is a kind of acidic mucopolysaccharide,which has excellent physiological functions,such as moisturizing,lubricating and promoting wound healing.It has high commercial value and is widely used in pharmaceutical,cosmetic products and cosmetology.This paper summarized the development and recent research hotspots of production of hyaluronic acid,methods for determination of hyaluronan molecular weight,and looks forward to the development trend of it.
