摘要
文章以羟基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷为基础聚合物,研制出一种单组分室温硫化脱丙酮型有机硅密封胶。探讨了配方中填料及偶联剂对该密封胶性能的影响。试验显示:GY-1通过与KH-550与KH-792复配,可以提升该脱丙酮型有机硅密封胶的融合性并降低表干时间,同时保持较好的粘接性能;2μm和5μm硅微粉以6:4配比、添加量在30~40phr时,脱丙酮型有机硅密封胶力学性能相对较好,满足微波炉应用要求;耐热剂GY-2的用量在4phr左右为宜,此时密封胶具有良好的耐热性能,老化前后力学性能下降在5%~8%之间。
Based on hydroxyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane as the basic polymer,a single component RTV silicone sealant was developed.The influence of filler and coupling agent on the properties of the sealant was discussed.The test showed that GY-1 could improve the fusion property of deacetone silicone sealant and reduce the surface drying time by compounding with KH-550 and KH-792,while maintaining a good bonding performance.When 2 muon and 5 muon silicon micropowders were mixed at 6:4 and added at 30~40 phr,the mechanical properties of deacetone silicone sealant were relatively good,which met the application requirements of microwave oven.The amount of heat-resisting agent GY-2 should be about 4 phr.At this time,the sealant has a good heat-resisting performance,and the mechanical property before and after aging drops between 5%and 8%.
