石墨烯纤维混纺功能型服装面料的开发与生产实践 被引量:7

摘要 为了提高石墨烯纤维混纺纱功能性服装面料的质量,介绍石墨烯纤维的特点及在功能纺织品上的应用,优化了石墨烯纤维与精梳棉混纺纱和织造的生产工艺流程,剖析石墨烯纤维混纺纱在生产过程中主要生产技术措施及应注意的问题。指出:根据石墨烯纤维原料的特性,合理配置纺纱工序、准备工序和织造工序具体工艺参数,开发出GR/JC(80/20) 11.8x11.8551×47263″平纹功能性服装面料,质量达到一等品要求,满足用户要求,填补了市场空白。 In order to improve the quality of graphene fiber blended yarn functional garment fabrics, the characteristics of graphene fiber and its application in functional textiles are introduced. The production process of graphene fiber and combed cotton blended yarn and weaving is optimized. The main production technology measures and questions. should be paid attention to in the production process of graphene fiber blended yarn are analyzed. It is pointed out that according to the characteristics of graphene fiber raw materials, the specific technological parameters of spinning process, preparation process and weaving process are rationally allocated, and GR/JC(80/20) 11.8×11.8 551×472 63"plain functional clothing fabrics are developed. The quality of plain functional clothing fabrics meets the requirements of first-class products, meets the requirements of users and fills the market gap.
