摘要
农村电商为山区精准扶贫提供了全新的途径,线上与线下结合的方式促进了农村经济发展,带动了农村人口就业,但由于山区落后的基础设施与社会发展条件,电商在发展过程中遭遇到一系列瓶颈或障碍。以湖南省国家级深度贫困县安化县城关镇为例,深度剖析制约山区贫困乡镇电商管理与发展的问题,提出相应的对策建议。
Rural e-commerce has provided a brand-new way for precise poverty alleviation in mountainous areas.The combination of online and offline has promoted the rural economic development and the rural population employment.However,due to the backward infrastructure and social development conditions in mountainous areas,e-commerce has encountered a series of bottlenecks or obstacles in its development.Taking Chengguan Town of Anhua County in Hunan Province as an example,this paper analyses the problems that restrict the management and development of e-commerce in the poverty-stricken township in mountainous areas,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
