昆明市某“三甲”医院育龄期医务工作者“全面二孩”政策下生育意愿调查

A Survey on Fertility Willingness in Medical Workers of Childbearing Age in a Grade-A Tertiary Hospital in Kunming

目的了解昆明市某三甲医院育龄期医务工作者在"全面二孩"生育政策背景下的二孩生育意愿,并探讨影响他们二孩生育意愿的相关因素。方法对昆明市某"三甲"医院符合二胎生育的育龄期女职工872名为研究对象进行问卷调查,采用SPSS软件进行χ2检验,对她们二孩生育意愿进行统计学分析。结果调查人群中"全面二孩"的知晓率是98.28%;16.40%计划生育二孩,57.80%不计划再生育二孩,14.33%目前暂不考虑,11.47%以后可能生育二孩;生育意愿与年龄、学历、家庭月收入、一胎性别等因素之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论昆明市某三甲医院育龄期女职工对"全面二孩"生育政策的知晓率较高,但"二孩"生育意愿较低,"二孩"生育意愿受年龄、学历、家庭月收入、一胎性别等因素影响。

Objectives To understand the fertility desire of medical workers at a childbearing age in a Grade-A Tertiary Hospital in Kunming under the background of " two-children" fertility policy,and to explore the factors related to their second child fertility desire.Me thods A random sample of 872 female employees of childbearing age who were eligible for the second child in a Grade-A Tertiary Hospital in Kunming was selected for a questionnaire survey. SPSS software was used to conduct statistical analysis of their second child fertility intention and related factors.Re s ults The awareness rate of "two children" policy in the survey population was 98.28%,16.40% were planning to have a second child, 57.80% did not plan to, 14.33% were currently not considering,and 11.47% might want to try later. There were statistical significances between birth intention and age,education background,family monthly income,sex of one child and other factors(P < 0.05). Conclus ion Female workers in this Grade-A Tertiary Hospital in Kunming city have a higher awareness rate of the "two children" birth policy,but the birth intention of a second child is lower. The "a second child" birth intention is affected by age,education background,family monthly income,gender of the first child and other factors.
