摘要
为了降低煤矿电机车故障率,保证煤矿辅助运输安全,大同煤矿集团四矿运输二区通过技术研究,对矿用架线式电机车结构组成、工作原理进行分析,同时对电机车在使用过程中常见故障进行剖析,并根据实际生产情况,采取了合理有效的措施.通过实际应用发现,采取措施后电机车故障率降低至4%以下,全年可降低电机车维修费用达54万元,取得了显著的安全和经济效益.
In order to reduce the failure rate of electric locomotives in coal mine and ensure the safety of auxiliary transportation in coal mine, the structure and working principle of electric locomotives with overhead lines are analyzed through technical research, and the common faults in the process of electric locomotives are analyzed, and reasonable and effective measures are taken according to the actual production situation. Through practical application, it is found that the failure rate of electric locomotive is reduced to less than 4% after taking measures, and the maintenance cost of electric locomotive can be reduced to 540000 yuan in the whole year, which has achieved remarkable safety and economic benefits.
