摘要
为国家和社会培养高质量人才是高等院校的根本任务。上海健康医学院对生物医学工程专业本科生实施"四个一工程",该项目旨在推动教育教学与人才培养模式改革,不断提高本科生创新实践能力和科研素养,为建立"高等职业专科、应用技术本科、专业学位研究生"一体化应用型人才培养体系输送大批优秀研究生生源,为本科毕业生直接就业从事专业对口工作提升竞争实力。与此同时,根据学校办学理念和培养目标,探索本科生导师在学生个性化培养中的主导作用,促进本科生培养与教师科研紧密结合。通过长期累积效应,不断凝练高水平的创新成果。
Driven by the fundamental mission of training high quality medical device engineerstalents for the country and society, "Four-One Project" is implemented on biomedical engineering undergraduate teaching to develop specialty personalized training the students’ innovativeon abilityin Shanghai University of Medicine and Health Sciences.The project aims to promote the reform of educational teaching and talent cultivation mode,continuously improve undergraduates’ innovative practical ability and scientific research quality,broaden their horizon.For thesupply a large number of outstanding students to be trained inment of the "higher vocational college-applied technology undergraduate-professional degree graduate" integrated personnel training system of applied talents,this project and provide a large number of outstanding graduate students and directly help the graduates to find jobs suited to their special training with competitiveness..Direct employment for undergraduate graduates engaged in professional counterparts to enhance the competitiveness.At the same time,according to the school’s educational philosophy and training objectives,this paper explores the leading role of undergraduate tutors in the personalized training of students,and promotes the close integration of undergraduate training and teachers’ scientific research to continue to makinge high-level innovation achievements through long-term cumnulmative effects.Through the long-term cumulative effect,continue to refine the high level of innovation.
