摘要
现代社会飞速发展,对全面发展型人才更加渴求。高等职业院校担负着培养技术技能型人才的重任,迫切需要加快人才培养的步伐,才能满足社会对人才的需求。探讨高等职业教育"1+X"人才培养模式,以期为有识之士提供参考。
The rapid development of modern society has become more eager for all-round development talents.Higher vocational colleges shoulder the important task of cultivating talents with technical skills and urgently need to accelerate the pace of talent training to meet the society’s need for talents.This article discusses the "1 + X" higher vocational talent training model with a view to providing reference for people of insight.
