摘要
以矿渣立磨电控系统为设计研究对象,鉴于原方案存在的问题,提出了基于远程I/O的立磨控制系统设计方案。介绍了远程I/O,统计了检测信号的数量和分布情况,并详细介绍了总体设计方案以及4个远程I/O站和程序实现。最终从造价、施工和系统整体性等方面,对原电控系统方案与远程I/O控制系统方案进行了对比分析。结果表明,远程I/O的立磨控制系统具有节约成本、调试方便、简单可靠及扩展灵活等特点,为立磨控制系统的改善提供了参考。
Taking the control system for the vertical slag grinding mill as the research objective,in view of existing problems of original control system,the paper proposed the design scheme of the control system for the vertical slag grinding mill based on remote I/O.It introduced remote I/O,did statistics of the number and the distribution of detected signals,and then expounded overall design scheme as well as implementation of four remote I/O stations and program.Finally,the original control system and the remote I/O control system were comparatively analyzed in cost,construction and system integrity.The results showed the remote I/O control system was characterized by low cost,convenient debugging,simplicity and reliability,flexible expansion.It offered reference for the improvement of the control system for the vertical grinding mill.
